the staff was amazing and very helpful! great food came from the restaurant. the rooms offered coziness and spaciousness. there is a convenient store inside if you feel like getting a late-night snack or souvenir.

the free airport shuttle bus opens all doors at once, causing people not to queue properly. this creates a chaotic boarding situation.

The breakfast buffet included a wide array of options. I enjoyed both Japanese and Western dishes. The free shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. It ran frequently and saved on transportation costs. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, particularly at reception.

The gym equipment had instructions only in Japanese, so it was difficult to use.
